We are beyond excited to announce our latest long term food residency at Sir Colin, the wonderful Piadina Project and their unbelievable Italian influenced plates and flatbreads with a British twist.

Jack Padoan’s Piadina Project has been making waves across the London food market scene and delighting festival goers up and down the UK this summer (including a little one called Glastonbury) with his simple, special, versatile – handmade street food straight from Northern Italy’s Romagnola via Lincolnshire.

Piadina is a geographically protected flatbread hailing from the Emilia Romagna region of Northern Italy – the same area where founder Jack has deep familial roots, and a place he would often travel to whilst he was growing up in the rich agricultural landscape of Lincolnshire. Jack utilised this love of fresh, natural ingredients to fuse the flavours and styles of both regions allowing The Piadina Project to create its unique, off-the-cuff dishes.

We are so happy that Jack has brought his project to Kilburn and we are looking forward to what he has in store for us!
